Strawberry Party Punch

  • 3 Ounce package Strawberry jello
  • 1 cup Water, boiling
  • 2 - 6 oz cans Pink lemonade, frozen
  • 6 oz cans Orange juice, frozen
  • 6 cups Water, cold
  • 20 oz (3 1/2 cups) Ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 pint (2 cups) Strawberries, fresh
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool. In large punch bowl, combine gelatin mixture, lemonade concentrate, orange juice concentrate and cold water; refrigerate. Just before serving, gently stir in ginger ale and frozen strawberries.

    TO FREEZE STRAWBERRIES: Wash and gently pat dry (leave stems on to add color if desired). Arrange in single layer on cookie sheett; freeze until firm.

    Makes 28 (1/2cup) servings.
