Breaded Ranch Chicken

  • 3/4 cups Cornflakes, crushed
  • 3/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated, fat free
  • 1 envelope Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 8 halves Chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
  • 1/2 cups Margarine, nonfat, melted
  • Combine corn flakes, cheese & dressing mix. Dip chicken in butter & roll in corn flake mix to coat. Place in greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
