C.C.R.T. Salad

  • 1 large Cucumber, sliced
  • 20 Baby carrots, whole
  • 8 Radishes cut in quaters
  • 1 large Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper
  • In a medium bowl put sliced cucumber, whole baby carots, radishes and tomato. In a small bowl, mix together vinegar, lemon juice and pepper. Pour the mix slowly in with the veggies. Stir everything together and enjoy.
