7-up Jello Salad

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 small package Jello, lime
  • 1 cup Water, boiling
  • 8 1/2 can Pineapple, crushed, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 cup 7-Up
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cream cheese, put in blender & blend until smooth. Add rest of ingredients except 7-Up. Mix well. Add 7-Up last. Put in serving dish or individual dishes in refrigerator until set.
