Golden Fruit Salad

  • 1 Papaya, cubed
  • 1 Mango, cubed
  • 16 ounces Pineapple chunks
  • 3 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Combine the papaya, mango and pineapplein a large serving bowl.

    In a small bowl, blend together the cream cheese, milk, orange juice concentrate and honey. Beat until smooth.

    Spoon the dressing overthe fruit salad, refrigerate until ready to serve.
