Dix's Pancakes

  • 1 1/4 cups Flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Sift dry ingredients together.

    Beat egg, add milk and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients. Add butter.

    Yields 11 medium sized pancakes.
