Cafe Duck

  • 2 1/2 pounds Duck, cut into 8ths
  • 1 Onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup White wine, dry
  • Pinch Cayenne pepper
  • Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker.Cover pot and set at Low. Cook for 6 to8 hours, or until duck is tender. YIELD: Serves 6 to 8
