Pheasant And Wild Rice

  • 1 cup Wild rice, raw
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Mushrooms
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 Pheasants, diced
  • ~ Flour, dusting
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix - dry
  • Mix rice, canned soup, water, mushroomsand water together in crockpot. Flour and brown the phesants if desired. Place pheasants in crockpot. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours. Add a splash more water if rice islooking dry towards end of cooking time.
