Crab Alfredo - Junie Style
Start by melting your butter on low in a sauce pan. Add garlic clove and saute until softened. Add cream cheese, stirring frequently until melted. Very slowly add milk, avoiding clumping. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. After everything is mixed smoothly (note it will bea little runny yet), add imitation crabmeat. You may also add small shrimp to this and canned crab. Mix until well heated. In another pan, bring water to a boil and cook spagetti or fetichine. When you are about ready to serve add the parmesan until you get the desired thickness of your sauce.
