Chocolate Fantasy Cheesecake

  • 20 Cream-filled cookies
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoons Sugar
  • 12 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cups Coffee Liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 1 pounds Cream cheese
  • To make the crust combine first 3 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it holds shape. Press into the bottomof a 9 inch springform pan.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F To make filling, heatchocolate, liqueur, and butter over medium heat until melted and smooth and setaside.

    With an electric mixer beat together eggs, sugar and salt. Add sour cream. Add softened cream cheese a small piece at a time. Gradually blend in chocolate mixture. Pour into crust. Bake for 50minutes or until middle is barely set. Cool for one hour and refridgerate. Garnish with whipped cream.
