Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Rinse the berries and remove stems. Place them in the water and boil them lightly, with lid on until all the berries have popped open. Add sugar and boil, on low heat, until the sauce has thickened stirring occasionally. Boil uncovered fora few minutes if necessary. Chill and serve.
Makes 2 cups
