Italian Cream Cake

  • 1 Cake mix, Yellow
  • 1/2 cups Margarine
  • 1 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/3 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 small can Coconut flakes
  • 5 Egg yolks
  • 5 Egg whites
  • 1 cups Walnuts, chopped
  • Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff, and set aside. Blend together other ingredients, beat for 2-3 minutes. FOLD in whipped egg whites into batter. Pour into greased & floured sheet cake pan.Bake 350° for 35 minutes.
