Italian Cream Cake
Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff, and set aside. Blend together other ingredients, beat for 2-3 minutes. FOLD in whipped egg whites into batter. Pour into greased & floured sheet cake pan.Bake 350° for 35 minutes.
