Almond Butter Cookies

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 5 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Cup Butter, softened
  • 1/3 Cup Nuts, ground finely
  • Blend all ingredients well. Roll out onfloured board to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2 inch biscut cutter. Makes approx. 35.

    Start in cold oven. Bake 250° 45-60 minutes. When cool, roll in powdered sugar.

    This is my Dad's fovorite cookie! Mom makes them every Christmas with walnuts.
