Breakfast, Pork Mutton Veal

Glen's Sausage Biscuits & Gravy

  • 1 pound Pork sausage, mild or original
  • 1 Pound Pork sausage, hot
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • ~ Milk
  • 1 Batch Bisquick biscuts
  • Fry both pounds of pork sausage at medium heat together in a large frying pan until crumbly and no longer pink. DO NOT DRAIN FAT. Take out 1 pound of cooked sausage for future use.( I save for pizza.) Add flour to remaining sausage with drippings in frying pan, Stir untill flouris well combined with cooked sausage. Slowly add some of the milk, stir, add more, stir. Continue to add milk till the desired consistancy is reached. Should be slighty thick.

    As sausage is cooking, prepare 1 batch of Bisquick biscuts according to package directions.

    Makes 4 servings.
