American Pork Chops

  • 4 Pork chops
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 4 tablespoons Rice, uncooked
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 medium tin Tomato puree
  • ~ Sage and thyme
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch Chili powder
  • Brown the chops in a little fat and place in a casserole dish, brown the onionsand place them on top of the chops.

    Putone tablespoon of rice on each chop.

    Slice green pepper and mix with the chillipower and tomato puree and pour over the rice.
