Apricot Nut Bread (Bread Machine)

  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Walnut oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 1/2 cups Bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon Vital gluten
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Grated orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Apricots
  • 1/2 cup Toasted walnuts
  • 1. Sift dry ingredients together.

    2. Add ingredients (except walnuts) to bread machine pan as directed by the bread machine manufacturer.

    3. Program bread machine to the basic mode.

    4. Add walnuts about 25 minutes in the mixing cycle.

    5. After bread machine has completed the program, turn loaf out to cool on a cake rack.
