Baked Cabbage With Tomatoes

  • 1 medium Cabbage
  • 3 large Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cumin
  • Preheat oven to 350º degrees F.

    Quarterthe cabbage and boil it for 5 minutes. Drain and put the pieces into a baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the cabbage and bake for 20 minutes.
