Curried Avocado Dip

  • 1 large Avocado, diced (2 cups)
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • Force avocado through a large wire sieve. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Chill Makes 6 servings.
