Applesauce Bread
Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, applesauce and milk. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add to applesauce mixture, mixing well. Pour into three 8 x 4-inch loaf pans. Bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour or until done.
Makes 3 loaves.
Spicy, moist and delicious. Keeps for weeks in the refrigerator and months in the freezer.
