Colorful Stir-fried Pork

  • 1/3 cups KIKKOMAN stir-fry sauce
  • 1 teaspoons White vinegar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons Red pepper, crushed
  • 3/4 pounds Boneless lean pork
  • 1 tablespoons KIKKOMAN stir-fry sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil (divided)
  • 2 medium Carrots Julienne style
  • 1 medium Onions halved and sliced
  • 1/4 pounds Snow peas (trimmed and cut lengthwise)
  • Combine 1/3 cup stir-fry sauce, vinegarand red pepper, set aside. Cut pork across grain into thin slices, then into strips, coat with 1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in hot skillet over high heat. Add pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes, remove. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in same pan. Add carrots, onions, and snow peas, stir-fry 4 minutes. Stir in pork and stir-fry sauce mixture. Cook and stir just until pork and vegetables are coated with sauce. Serve Immediately Makes 4 servings OPTIONAL- Iadd Water Chestnuts and Broccoli to mine.
