Banana Bars
Combine sugars, butter, sour cream and eggs in large bowl. Beat at medium speeduntil creamy. Add banans, vanilla and cinnamon, beat until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients And beat well. Spread into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
For frosting, melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly and watching closely, until butter starts to brown (5-6 minutes) (butter will get foamy and bubbly). Remove from heat and cool completely. Combine all of frosting ingredients, andbeat well.
Frost cooled bars, and sprinkle with pecans.
