Black Bean Salsa

  • 2 cans Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 to 3 large Tomatoes or 10 Roma tomatoes, Chopped
  • 2 to 3 Green onions, chopped
  • 2 to 3 cloves Garlic, crushed and minced
  • 2 to 3 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, minced (dried or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • ~ Garlic salt,to taste
  • ~ White pepper, to taste
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
