Honey-Gingered Pork

  • 2 - 3 pounds Pork tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce, dark
  • 1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Combine all and marinate overnight.

    Boil marinade and use as a mop.
