Main Dishes, Pork Mutton Veal

Chorizo

  • 1 pound Ground pork, lean
  • 15 Chiltepins, crushed
  • 1 cup Chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 3 tablespoons Vinegar, distilled
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • Mix all together.

    Chill overnight and use or freeze.
