Honey Grilled Steaks

  • 6 Steaks, Rib-eye
  • 1 bunch Scalllions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup Soy sauce, dark
  • 3/4 cup Mushroom soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • Combine all ingredients except the oils. Season with salt and pepper. Shake well.

    Add both oils and shake again.

    Marinate steaks for 1 hour at room temperature.

    Grill.
