Honey-Soy Ahi

  • 4, 6 ounce Ahi, steaks
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, coarsely ground
  • Whisk together the marinade ingredientsand marinate steaks for 30 minutes.

    Remove fish from marinade.

    Grill over high,direct heat until each side is seared.....1-2 minutes per side.
