Fruit Cookie Pie

  • 1 package Cookie dough
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Confectioner's sugar(powdered)
  • 2 cups Fresh fruit
  • 2 cups Fresh fruit, mashed
  • 1/3 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ~ Whipped topping
  • Press dough into bottom of large springform pan.

    Bake until golden brown.

    Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spreadon baked cookie dough.

    Arrange 2 cups of fruit on top.

    Cook mashed fruit with sugar and cornstarch until thickened.

    Cool and pour over fruit.

    Garnish with whipped cream.
