Mexican - Spanish, Seasonings

Chili Beef Paste And Marinade.

  • 4 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Combine cumin, chili powder and cinnamon in small sauce pan. Heat on high for 40 seconds.

    Carefully add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

    Marinate meat for at least 4 hours, overnight is preferable.
