Cookies
Basic Cookie Dough
In large bowl beat butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and salt.
Gradually add flour.
Beat until well combined.
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
Separate into 4 pieces.
Roll out 1 piece to 1/4" thickness. Cut shapes.
Place shapes on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
