Sweet And Spicy Rub

  • 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

    • Melt butter.

    Add remaining ingredients except sugar.

    Remove from heat and addsugar.

    Cool and rub on meat.

    Works on pork and beef.
