Amish Friendship Bread

  • 1 cup Amish Sourdough bread starter (BREADS)
  • 2/3 cup Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Dash Nutmeg
  • ~ Raisins, nuts, and dried fruit (opt)
  • Combine ingredients. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans, 8 x 3 x 2-inches.

    Bake at 350º F. for 1 hour or until dry.
