Breakfast, Pork Mutton Veal
Farm Style Homemade Sausage
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use to stuff sausage casings or form into patties. In either case, pan-fry or bake on a rack until crisp but not dry.
Makes three pounds sausage.
