Bread Pudding (Pressure Cooker)
Desserts from a pressure cooker? Yes! Grandma would delight in these tempters -- luscious bread pudding and even a brand new cook can turn them out quickly, and with ease.
Pour milk over bread cubes; let stand until slightly cooled. Addremaining ingredients; mix well. Turn into a greased bowl that fits loosely ona low rack in cooker. Cover bowl with foil; place on rack with water in cooker. Close cover securely. Allow steam toflow from vent pipe for 5 minutes. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe; cook10 minutes. Allow pressure to drop of its own accord.
Makes 6 servings.
