Oriental Marinated Sirloin Steaks

  • 1/3 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Very dry sherry
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 dashes Ground ginger
  • 2 ( 2oz.) Bonless Strip Sirloins steaks
  • Combine first five ingredients. Place the steaks in the marinade. Marinate inthe refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade and place on preheated grill overmedium heat for approximately 7 to 9 minutes for a medium-rare steak.

    Makes 2 servings.
