Broccoli Piquante

  • 2 pounds Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 thin slices Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • Remove large leaves and tough part of stalks. Score ends. Place on rack with water in cooker-- sprinkly lightly with seasonings; add bay leaf and lemon slices. Close cover securely. Cook 3 minutes. Cool cooker at once.

    Makes 4 servings.
