Chinese Meat Balls

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/2 pound Cabbage, finely grated
  • 2 medium Onions, finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • Combine meat, cabbage, onions, ginger, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and salt. Shape into balls. Heat Cooker, add oil, brown meat balls on all sides. Add water and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Close cover securely. Cook 5 minutes. Cool Cooker at once. If desired, thicken gravy with cornstarch dissolved in water.
