Italian Turkey Stuffing
My friends wife gave me this recipe about four years ago for a party I was having for Christmas. It was an immediate hit and I have been serving it whenever Iroast a turkey. It was such a hit thatI make extra in a casserole dish.
1. Place bread cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with enough water to moisten.
2. Add the eggs, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, Mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley andpepper, mix well.
3. Place stuffing in a bowl or casserole dish. If using a casserole dish, bake uncovered at 375º F. for 35 to 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
