Krista Smith's Cheesy Potatoes

  • 2 pounds thawed Hash Browns
  • 1 medium chopped Onion
  • 1 cup or 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Mix all ingredients together and bake 350º for 1-1 1/2 hours, until center is bubbly.

    ** It takes quite alot of salt and pepper.
