Egg Custard Pie
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, then add dry ingredients. Add vanilla and milk. Season with nutmeg to taste. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 450º for 10 minutes the reduce temp to 350º for 20 minutes.
