Impossible Taco Pie

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • 1 envelope Taco Seasonings
  • 1 can chopped-drained Chilies
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 sliced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheese, Cheddar

    • Heat oven to 400º. Grease pan.

    Cookand stir beef until done. Stir in seasonings, spread in pan. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs until smooth.

    Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes and top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

    8-10minutes.

    Serve with Sour Cream , chopped tomatoes, and lettuce.
