Hummingbird Cake
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.Add beaten eggs and salad oil, stirringby hand until dry ingredients are moistened. ** (Do not use mixer)** Stir in vanilla and pineapple, nuts and the banana. Spoon batter into 3 well greased and floured pans, and bake. Cool in the pan 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
