Chicken Spectacular

  • 3 1/2 cups diced-cooked Chicken
  • 1 pkg Rice, Uncle Ben's white&wild/herbs
  • 1 pound drained Bean, French Style Green
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 can Soup, Cream/Celery
  • 1/2 cup Mayonaise
  • 8 oz drained Water Chestnuts
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Mix all ingredients together and put incasserole; cover with lid or aluminum foil.

    Bake at 350º for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Time may vary depending on depthof casserole.
