Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz pkg softened Cheese, Cream
  • 1 pound box Sugar, Confectioners
  • Chopped Nuts (if desired)
  • 1/4 cup softened Margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Mix cheese and margarine, stir in sugar, a small amount at a time.

    Beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla and nuts.

    Spread between layers, on top, and the sides of cake.
