Meatballs
Mix together ingredients. Shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place meatballs in a baking dish and cover with waxed paper.
Microwave 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink.
**Variations: Swedish-Follow recipe as directed and after cookingremove from baking dish. Reserve 2 Tbsp of drippings.
Stir 2 Tbsp flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and dash pepper into drippings. Stir until smooth. Gradually stir in 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup beef broth.
Microwave 4-6 minutes or until thick. Stir in 1 cup sour cream. Add meatballs and 1 can mushrooms.
Microwave 1-2 minutes.
