Almost French Toast
Spray a nonstick pan or grill with butter-flavored spray.
Heat the pan over a medium flame.
Combine the egg substitute and the skim milk.
Soak the bread in the egg mixture until it is saturated onboth sides.
Cook the french toast overmedium flame until it is brown on both sides.
Serve with lite syrup, fruit preserves, berries or other fruit.
