Baked Chicken Salad
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix chicken, celery, 1/2 cup cheese, mayo, onion, lemon juice, and seasonings. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 Qt casserole dish. Cover with tomatoes. Bake 35 minutes. Top with combined remaining 1/2 cup cheese and chips. Continue baking until cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings.
