Manicotti or Cannelloni

  • 1 pound Cheese, Ricotta
  • 1 pound shredded Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup seasoned DaVinci Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped Parsley
  • 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 - 8 oz box shells Manicotti or Cannelloni shells
  • Combine all ingredients EXCEPT tomato sauce.

    Pour 1/2 to tomato sauce into a baking dish.

    Sfuff cooked shells with cheese filling.

    Arrange shells in dish and pour remaining sauce over them.

    Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
