Cheese Cake Pie

  • 20 Graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 cube Butter or margarine, melted
  • ~ Dash of cinnamon
  • FILLING :
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 4 small packages Cream cheese
  • TOPPING :
  • 1 pint Sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • Mix graham crackers with ugar, butter and cinnamon, press into a pie pan. For filling, beat eggs until lemon colored. Beat in rest of filling ingredients untilsmooth and creamy.

    Pour into crust and bake at 375 for 20 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. For topping, carefullu mix vanilla and sugar into cream. Gently spoon over top of pie. Return to oven and bake 8 minutes at 400º. Cover tightly and refrigerate 6-7 hours.
