Banana Bread In A Pan

  • 1 cup Shortening
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs or egg beaters
  • 4 Ripe banans, mashed
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Cream shortning and sugar. Add eggs andstir. Add bananas and stir. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. I use egg beaters as it comes out with a nicer texture.
