Cream Cheese Cupcakes
Put wafers into baking cups. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla untilsmooth. Fill baking cups about 3/4 wayfull.
Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Cool and then top with pie filling.
** While cooking cupcakes will "drop" down into cups thus allowing room for pie filling.
Can be frozen when completed.
